The Bahamas Automated Clearing House (B.A.C.H.) now facilitates the transfer of funds from a personal account to an account at any other local commercial bank. The process, which is completed through your bank's online banking portal, is quick, simple, secure and completely FREE for both the sender and the recipient.

This feature is available to customers of the Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank Bahamas Ltd., and CIBC First Caribbean Bank.

Unfortunately, the option to transfer funds online to other local banks is not yet available to customers of Fidelity Bank, Commonwealth Bank, or Bank of the Bahamas. If this applies to you, be sure to check out 'Option 3' for an alternative that allows giving by credit or debit card.

  1. From the 'Payments' option on the top menu, select 'Send to RBC Client.'
  2. On the side menu bar, select 'Create a New Template.'
  3. Enter the required details of the new transfer.
  4. Press 'Continue' to save the template.
  5. Your saved template is now always available the next time you select 'Send to RBC Client.'
  6. Enter the transfer amount and click 'Send Now.'
  7. Insert the token values on the next screen to prevent recipient having to answer verification questions.

Simply take note of the church's account information above, then once logged in, follow the relevant steps for your given bank to complete the transfer online.



Scotiabank Bahamas Ltd.


  1. Click the 'Transfer to Others' button from the top menu bar.
  2. Click the small gray 'Add a Recipient' button
  3. Complete the required details to add a recipient at another bank. (Please Note: Nassau Main Branch does not appear as an option when adding the account. Simply select the option that reads, "Royal Bank of Canada" without a specified branch.)
  4. St. Mary's will now appear as an option for third party transfers.

CIBC First Caribbean Bank



  1. Click the 'Transfers' option on the top menu bar.
  2. Under 'Payees' select the option to 'Add New.'
  3. From the 'Type' drop down menu, choose the 'To a customer of another bank in my country' option.
  4. Enter the requested information on the popup form. (Please note: You must also add at least the church's P. O. Box to the first address field for the form to be accepted.)
  5. St. Mary's will now appear as an option on the transfer form on the left.
